Letters To Oludhe
Nyiri biro-biro; to gi-biro dhi;
Some will love you back into yourself;
Some will break you and leave you scared of vulnerability;
But that doesn’t diminish;
What hera means;
Or what it could mean to you;
And although none of them will be replaceable;
Love will still live here;
Long after they are gone.
Translation: “nyiri biro-biro; to gi-biro dhi,” — “women will come, and go,” | “hera,” — “love.”
